1. Custom-Made Products
We handcraft every item in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail. Because we’re a small team, all sales are final and processing times may vary depending on order volume.

While we strive to meet estimated shipping timelines, we can’t guarantee specific shipping dates.
2. Custom Order Approval
Before we begin production on your custom order, we’ll either send you a design proof for review or you can view the design using the product’s customizer tool on our website. The customizer tool is for visualizing general layout only—our design team will make the final product look professional by removing unnecessary whitespace, adjusting sizing, refining placement, and making other minor visual improvements as needed.
By submitting your order, you confirm that the design is accurate, including:
- Spelling
- Placement
- Sizing
- Colors
- Layout
If you ask us to make changes to an uploaded design, our tools may potentially deviate from the original image. If we notice changes, we will email you with the generated variations up to three times. Thereafter, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to complexity.
Once you approve the proof or finalize your design through the customizer and submit your order, you can’t make any changes. Please double-check all details before confirming. All sales are final.
3. Protection of Intellectual Property
We own the rights to all logos, designs, images, text, and content on our website and products. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without our written permission.
When you submit custom artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it. By uploading or submitting any image, text, or design, you grant us permission to use or modify it solely for the purpose of producing your product. We may store your uploaded files, text, or layouts for future purchases, but we will not sell or provide them to anyone other than you.
We reserve the right to reject custom orders that violate copyright or trademark laws.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Since we custom-make every item to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at sales@jorcreation.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means a replacement or store credit.
5. Shipping Policy

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. We won’t process or ship your order until we receive order approval and full payment. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend future orders.

Once you place and confirm your order, you can’t cancel it. Please review all details carefully before checking out.
9. Pricing & Promotions
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Promotional discounts only apply during the promo period and can’t be applied to previous orders.

We aren’t responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using our website or products. You use our products at your own risk.
